Why Business Days Matter
Many deadlines — contract terms, shipping windows, payroll cycles, and legal notice periods — are counted in business days rather than calendar days, since weekends and, in many cases, holidays don't count toward the timeline.
This calculator counts every Monday through Friday between your two selected dates as a business day, automatically skipping Saturdays and Sundays. It does not currently account for public holidays, so for holiday-sensitive deadlines, cross-check against the holidays calendar.
